CASE STUDY: What have you done to to increase revenue & add to your bottom line?
Let me give you an example.
Peachtree Pest Control spoke about how they added something totally unexpected to give them a boost. It worked out better than they planned.
Sometimes they worked on properties that have pest damage (termites, birds, raccoons, etc). The pest damage ultimately cause property damage. Or if weather caused damage, it left openings for pests to nest or cause further damage. What did they do?
They wanted to help provide more value to customers. So they hired carpenters. Yep. Carpenters. They wanted to offer preventative maintenance. They would provide education to customers to minimize or prevent damage. The carpenters would work on fixing the damage and educating the customers on how to maintain it. PPC provides ongoing pest control services. It’s a win all around.
The point is they dug deeper. They looked beyond pest control and gave their customers complimentary services that benefit them. It’s important to be able to add complimentary services and try to keep your clients in house. Even if you must subcontract services out, as long as it’s a cohesive brand message.
So again I ask, what have you done to increase revenue and add to your bottom line?
