It’s Growth Strategies Saturday

By 16 September 2017

Good morning Mogul Chix! It’s Growth Strategies Saturday.

Where do you see your company in 1 year? How about 3 years, 5 years or even 10 years for now? You need to have a strategy in place for each milestone. It doesn’t matter that those milestones are far off. You should always be planning for the future growth of your company.

Plans change, but if you’ve properly strategized then the changes won’t sting too much. Today sit down and map out your vision for growth. Break itinto stages and milestones. Set goals for each stage, then craft the corresponding plan to get to the goals and strategy to execute at each stage. Document the resources, people and tools you’ll need too.

Wherever you see your company going, you can get there. Plan the strategy then do the work. Happy Saturday!

Til next time,
Adrienne Graham
